These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MobAppAIwebsite at mobappai.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement, which prevails over these Terms for that work.
1. Our Services
MobAppAI provides custom software and AI engineering services, including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, semantic search, native mobile applications, and web platforms. The Site itself is provided for general information about these services and does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment to perform work.
2. Engagements & Scope
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are defined in a written statement of work agreed by both parties. Estimates provided before a statement of work are non-binding and subject to a discovery phase.
3. Intellectual Property & Handover
Unless a statement of work says otherwise, ownership of the custom deliverables we build for you — including source code, documentation, and configuration — transfers to you upon full payment. We may retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how. Content and trademarks on the Site remain the property of MobAppAI.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or use it to infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-based systems are probabilistic and may produce errors; any performance figures shown on the Site are illustrative of past or target outcomes and are not a guarantee of future results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobAppAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability for any paid engagement is governed by the applicable statement of work or services agreement.
7. Governing Law & Contact
