Terms of Use

Welcome to AI Dream Insight (“the App”), provided by MobAppAI(“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein by reference). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
2. Description of Service
AI Dream Insight provides users with interpretations of their dreams using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Key features include:
- Inputting dream descriptions via text or voice.
- Receiving AI-generated interpretations based on various analytical models, potentially incorporating perspectives derived from Islamic dream interpretation knowledge (referencing scholars like Al-Nabulsi, Ibn Sirin, Ibn Shaheen, Al-Ahsa’i) and modern psychological theories (Freud, Jung, Miller).
- Interactive analysis where the App may ask follow-up questions.
- Optional “Dreams Pro” subscription features, including enhanced analysis, AI-generated dream images, saving/sharing images, an ad-free experience, and a welcome coin bonus.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. User Accounts (If Applicable)
While basic use may not require an account, accessing certain features, particularly “Dreams Pro” or saving content, might require account creation or linking through App Store/Google Play identities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Dreams Pro Subscription
- Features: The “Dreams Pro” subscription offers enhanced features as described in the App (e.g., highest quality AI analysis, AI dream picture generation, saving/sharing images, ad-free experience, 1000 coin welcome bonus).
- Billing: Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis (or other periods offered) at the price displayed in the App. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account (“App Store Account”) upon confirmation of purchase.
- Coin Bonus: The welcome coin bonus (if applicable) is granted upon starting a Pro subscription and may be subject to specific conditions outlined in the App.
6. User Content (Dream Input)
- Definition: “User Content” means the dream descriptions (text or voice), responses to interactive questions, and any other information you provide within the App.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
- License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (to our service providers like AI platforms), and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and improving the App and its services.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to violate any applicable laws, input unlawful or harmful content, impersonate any person, disrupt the App servers, reverse engineer the App, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Excluding your User Content, the App and all its original content, features, functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, arrangement thereof, and the AI models and interpretation frameworks informed by Islamic and psychological sources) are owned by MobAppAI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. AI Interpretations and Important Disclaimers
- Nature of Interpretations: You acknowledge that dream interpretations provided by the App are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While informed by various knowledge sources (including Islamic tradition and psychological theories), the interpretations are based on algorithms, patterns, and data analysis.
- FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: The interpretations, insights (including any related to potential “Health Clues” or “Warning of Risks”), and AI-generated images are provided solely for general information, personal reflection, and educational exploration.
- NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: The App DOES NOT provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through the App.
- NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY & USER RESPONSIBILITY: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or applicability of any interpretation. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, understand, and use the information provided. Any actions taken based on the App’s content are at your own risk.
10. Third-Party Services
The App relies on or may link to third-party services, including AI providers (like OpenAI), App Stores (Apple/Google), cloud hosting, and analytics services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of the App and deleting it from your device.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MobAppAI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MobAppAI and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Lebanon.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we may provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect.
