Welcome to Palmistry AI – Palm Reading (the “App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, as well as any services, features, or content provided therein. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility and Access

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines. Your use of the App is solely at your own risk.

2. Description of the App

2.1 Purpose and Scope

The App provides users with palm analysis and interpretations of palm lines. These interpretations are based on traditional palmistry practices and cultural perspectives and are intended for personal reflection and entertainment.

2.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

Palm reading is not supported by scientific evidence. The information and suggestions provided are general and may not apply to every individual or situation. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the interpretations provided.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Prohibited Activities

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related servers, networks, or systems.
• Transmit any harmful code, including viruses, Trojan horses, or spyware.

3.2 User Content

If the App allows you to submit or upload user content (e.g., palm images), you agree that such content will not violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights. You further represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to share any uploaded content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and proprietary algorithms, are the property of MobAppAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Professional Advice

The App does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other type of professional advice. For any such concerns, you should seek the counsel of a qualified professional.

5.2 Entertainment Purposes Only

All content provided in the App is for entertainment purposes only and should not be construed as factual predictions or guaranteed outcomes.

5.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MobAppAI or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lebanon.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MobAppAI regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
