Welcome to Face Reader AI ("App"), operated by Face Reader AI ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using Face Reader AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Face Reader AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Face Reader AI is an AI-powered app designed to analyze facial features and provide personality insights based on traditional face reading techniques from various cultures. The App provides face reading analysis, compatibility comparisons, and other related features for personal insight and entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

Face Reader AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use this App.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Face Reader AI for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

5. User Content and Photo Processing

By uploading or taking photos in Face Reader AI, you grant us the right to process these images solely for the purpose of generating face reading insights and related features. All photos are processed securely and are deleted immediately after analysis. We do not store or retain any images on our servers.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and you must ensure that all images are your own or that you have the necessary permissions to use them within the App.

6. Disclaimer of Face Reading and AI Analysis

Face reading is a traditional practice with cultural roots and is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. While Face Reader AI uses advanced technology and references from cultures known for face reading (such as China, India, Japan, and Greece), the insights provided are not scientifically validated and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice.

The information provided by Face Reader AI should not be used to make significant personal or professional decisions.

7. Payment and In-App Purchases

Face Reader AI offers both free and premium features. Some features, like compatibility analysis, may require a one-time payment or a subscription. By purchasing a premium feature, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or as stated in the app store's refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including the Face Reader AI name, logo, design, software, and content, are owned by Face Reader AI or its licensors. You agree not to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using Face Reader AI, you agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate or offensive content, including images or text that are discriminatory, harassing, or illegal.
• Use the App to harm, threaten, or exploit others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Use the App in any way that disrupts the functionality of the App or impacts other users’ experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Face Reader AI and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Face Reader AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected to your use of the App, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any part thereof with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Face Reader AI at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or our partners.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lebanon.
